You are not alone

The fear of losing your medical can weigh heavier than the condition itself. Seeking help early is the strongest thing a pilot can do — for safety, for career, and for the people who fly with you.

CASA's own guidance is clear: a mental health diagnosis is not automatically disqualifying. Every case is considered on its own facts. Our job is to help you present yours accurately and well.

How it works

A straightforward, confidential three-step pathway.

01

Confidential enquiry

A private conversation to understand your history and what CASA needs. Nothing leaves this office without your consent.

02

Clinical assessment

Structured interview and validated psychometrics (K10, DASS, Beck's) aligned to CASA's Clinical Practice Guideline template.

03

CASA-aligned report

A specialist report written for your DAME or CASA AvMed — diagnosis, stability, treatment plan, aeromedical implications.

Clinical team

Registered psychologists who understand aviation.

Our clinicians hold current AHPRA registration and work exclusively with pilots, cabin crew, air traffic controllers and aspiring aviators.
